RecommendedJack at the counter was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Came into the store for a gasket set for some aftermarket headers I have on my truck. I had measurements but no part numbers. He and I scoured google for a part number and referenced it against what they have, sure enough we got exactly what I need! Best car parts store experience I’ve ever had.
I had bought a quart of oil from the woodbury store. I tried paying with my venmo card which was denied and ended up paying cash. yet my venmo card was charged. I was told by the store manager my venmo would be refunded because this happens all the time. After several days I'm still waiting.
A shout out to Tiffany at the west Deptford store! She not only tested by battery. She told me to come back after I drive for awhile so she can test the alternator and the starter. She told me the price of three batteries with a variety of cost/warranty. Awesome service!!!!
The store tried to rip me off! They said I needed a new battery, and saying I would never make it home. I became worried at home and called AAA. AAA said my battery was perfectly fine and I do not need a new one!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
My battery died. AAA came out and jumped started the car but I needed a new battery. Fortunately, Auto Zone was close by. I purchased the battery and a wonderful young man installed it for me! It was so cold and windy I was so appreciative of his help! Thanks Auto Zone for your outstanding customer service!
Most of the employees have no knowledge of how to do even the most basic of repairs. There are a couple who do, but you are lucky if you get one. And the management is a joke most of the time.
They're a joke- they talk to females like they're idiots and told me the air filter for my 2003 Passat had to be special ordered...I drove down the road to Advanced Auto Parts and they had everything IN STOCK!
