I wanted to give Karl S. with Autozone in Eastpointe on Gratiot 5 stars. I would give him 10 if I could. He is the most intelligent, knowledgeable, and kindest man to to business with. My son and I had to get a battery for my car and found out we had to get two. Karl had both on hand and was extremely professional. I highly recommend going to see Karl for any auto part need. Came in the day before the holiday because I really needed assistance with my car. Even though it was late and also a hour before closing Will was amazing. He took his time helped me and never showed signs of irritation which usually happens closer to closing. Thanks again Will!
