Aiden,Tony and the rest helped my wife install a Battery and there attitude and personnel service were above and beyond satisfaction i highly recommend shopping here.
Came to this Affton location to purchase a battery and have it installed. Was told by the employee that he couldn't do it because there were too many steps and he didn't want us to be stalled on the parking lot. He wasn't helpful at all and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Didn't catch his name but he spoke with a Russian (?) or similar sounding accent. They have the radio playing so loud in the store that it was interfering with my hearing aids. I asked the clerk if we could have it turned down. Clerk: What for? Me: It’s interfering with my hearing aids. Clerk: (Dismissively): I’m not in charge of the radio. Me: Can I speak to the person in charge of the radio? Clerk: Why?
