Jeefery I think the manager was great we needed to check and see if my sons battery in his Hyundai was bad he checked it looked up history but it was out of warranty. He asked if we wanted to replace it my son said yes he gave us choices explained the difference and gave us his recommended and we agreed. Just got off the phone with the most belligerent person I have ever talked to in a retail setting. I had called to ask about a part that went bad in my car (purchased by the previous owner). I was hoping there might be a warranty on the part itself since it was manufactured less than 5 years ago, and I bought the car a year ago. While explaining, I accidentally said that the store "installed" it (I know they do not do installs, it was just a slip and I meant they sold the part). Went in yesterday and asked for help getting windshield wiper blades. Bought the ones suggested. $50 also They didn’t fit and then wouldn’t return them cause I opened them. Never going back!!
