I want to thank Eric for outstanding customer support! I took my daughters car in to get diagnosed on slow startup. He tested her battery and seen it was bad. After I brought the battery I was sitting in the parking lot googling how to change the battery in her car. Out of the blue Eric knocks on my window and said he had a few minutes and he could change the battery!!! Thank goodness, late in the day Eric saved me trouble of tinkering with my daughter's car!!! Thanks again Eric!!!
