Been with these guys for seven yrs since the 1st time I bought my own car and have always bought most of my stuff from them and they're always helpful when it comes to testing out my battery/alternator and installing A NEW battery for me and even helping out with showing me how to install A NEW light bulb for the tail light(s). They've always been professional. Always knowledgeable about car issues and how to fix it. Polite and good service everytime I stop by. That's why I still have an account with them to this day.
Came into the store last week and was helped by a young man named Jackson. He was helpful, spent time ensuring I got everything I needed. Noticed other employees in the store standing there talking while Jackson helped a line of customers without hesitation. He is a good asset and I will return because of him.
Making me pay for a part that is under warranty just to transfer it to your store so I don’t have to drive an hour away is nuts. Just to refund me when I get there. So basically I have to go twice. Crazy.
