I went into autozone today and needed new breaks. An associate named syrrena helped me out. I didn’t know the difference in them but she is very knowledgeable. She actually took her time and broke them down for me, by make, warranty, and price. Us girls gotta help eachother out. 10/10 customer service by far and she’s super nice. I will be back again for all my automotive needs

Shout out Kalab for the great customer service there was a manager in store(larger lady) was very rude and not helpful an employee Kalab stepped in and helped me get me exactly what I need with no issues he should be the manager no that rude lady.
Went to the autozone on auburn and manzanita for an oil change and got everything I needed. Was greeted at the door and an employee named syrena helped with getting me an oil change bundle. She was super kind and friendly, explained the different options, and even grabbed everything for me. Overall, super helpful and great customer service!
