Walking into the store at first Nancie greeted me with a smile welcoming me in. Was looking to see if they had any discount for oil at the time since I wanted to do my oil change and Nancie was helpful in not only helping me with information about the prices they had but as well as helping me find the correct oil viscosity and filter for my vehicle. Let me start by saying best experience ever. Was greeted once I walked in, was not overlooked or anything. I waited in line and a miss Nancie was super helpful in every way shape or form. I didn’t really know the name of the part but she helped me locate it and helped me with the name as well. Her parts knowledge is amazing . I ended up getting the spark plugs and coils for my vehicle and now my baby is running brand new . I highly recommend speaking to Nancie, she is the best. I had a very good experience at this auto zone. I found the wipers I needed and when I went to pay a very nice rep, Manuel H, offered to install them for me. It was raining outside and I needed them badly. I was very happy and greatful! He was quick and efficient. One less thing I had to worry about. I’ve been coming here for many years, but this experience was was top notch:) thanks, I’ll be back:)
This is auto zone is the most welcoming and helpful especially if you are helped by Joana. She was very welcoming and attentive to make sure I found what I needed. Joana will be my “go to” girl when I come back, amazing service from her 10/10.
