Great customer service. Shout out to Tom at the Elk Grove Laguna store for his courtesy and professionalism.
Great location that stands out from other ones w/ awesome & skilled staff like Tom & Adrian who go above & beyond to help & get the job done! Tom did a great job installing a new battery (a Duralast Platinum Elite, H6-AGM) in no time, which ran great afterward.
Great service from the store manager, Aneesh, and another associate who was trying to help me. I noticed my Lexus IS 350 was starting up a little off, and after using my battery tester, it showed it was time for a new battery. Aneesh helped replace the battery. Thank you both!
I just want to say a huge thank you to Tom Crouch for coming out to save me and my truck my battery died at the Safeway he came over jumped my truck changed my battery all within 25min I tell you auto zone really does go above and beyond for their customers I truly appreciate you, Tom. I had a great experience with this store today. I needed a very special hose (for the dishwasher repair). I didn't know the part number. But they helped me choose. ...I didn't remember the name of my Savior, but he was great. And I will have a repair. Thanks!!!🤝
