Sam was AWESOME HELP with my Power Steering issue.
I appreciated the quick and pleasant service I experienced with Susie W. I started my day bad with a bad battery. Visited Autozone to get a quote, Susie W. quickly quoted and installed my battery twice, after installing the battery read 42% charged, Susie was not satisfied and changed the battery to a 97% battery. THANK YOU, Susie for putting customers and safety first.
Clean AutoZone... I'm glad the cashier's aren't rude. Very clean and the staff was helpful.
Carolyn, the store manager is absolutely AMAZING!!! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a cheerful welcome. She immediately assisted me with my headlight bulb, explaining the different options, walked out to my car and checked which bulb needed to be replaced and even replaced them for me. Unfortunately, decent customer service is hard to come by these days, but I must say she is at the top of my list. Thank you for the above excellent customer service you provided me today, I truly appreciated it.
