Jeremy was awesome! Took his time to replace my key battery super quick! Great service!
Terrible customer service! Asked for help and was ignored! Kid sat behind counter with a blank look on his face. Finally figured out what I needed on my own and it wasn't even in stock. Won't waste my time here again!

To Manuel L., working is optional. I arrived with my husband to do a return, but we were just looked upon and not greeted. I don’t expect an exceptional service nor are picky people, but this worker does not know what a “hello” or “please” is. If his sloppy/lazy and lack of communication are from tiredness, clocking in is also optional. We are young and are understanding people, but what we received is just pure lazy, rude, and incompetent customer service. So much for “customer satisfaction.”
The employee at AutoZone Auto Parts was very helpful. She went over and above to find just the right product for me. I will continue to shop there in the future.
