While shopping at another store, a kitten crawled up into my engine compartment. Not being able to reach it, I asked the employees at AutoZone at 1795 Main St. Several employees came to help. Jeremy went above and beyond, not giving up and finally catching the little one after over an hour of trying to catch it. Thanks to the employees and especially Jeremy for helping when it had nothing to do with their business. This is just another example of how helpful they are and why I keep going to AutoZone.

I came in because the back light on my vehicle went out, and right off the bat Andres was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to come outside, check my car, and make sure I was getting the right light. He even helped me install it! His customer service was truly top-notch. As a single parent without much help, walking in and receiving that level of support meant a lot to me. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family. Andres, thank you so much for your help!

Jeremy was GREAT, very knowledgeable and above all: caring! I stopped by with a check engine light on and it was the Mass Air Flow Sensor and he got me back on the road; I went to the other Autozone to get the cleaner, came back and Jerry had my back! Thank You, Jeremy! 👊🏽

I used to avoid this place because the staff was not helpful at all, today I stopped by and Jeremy was there. Reminds me of old school service I would have gotten 20 years ago. He went to get the products I needed, I was extremely helpful and you can tell that he wants to be there. I'm giving this a 5 star rating because of Jeremy's service.

Midget associate who helped me acted like he couldn’t be bothered to help me find what I was looking for. Checked me out with his phone in his hand the whole time and tore my receipt off looking in his phone and handed me his receipt. No, have a nice day. Thank you for shopping here. Zero customer service skills get a different job if you can’t be hospitable, no one is forcing you to work there.
