Staff was nice, I stopped in to have diagnostics ran on my car, the lady behind the counter handed me the machine to go do it myself, which I guess was fine but I didn't really know how to do it, but I figured it out, I thought doing that was a service they offered not something they wanted the customer to do, it just caught me off guard....
Today started out rough but ended up being a great day, thanks to some outstanding customer service at AutoZone Store #4229. My car needed a new battery, so I stopped by the store. The manager, who was leaving, tested my battery and confirmed that it was completely dead and needed to be replaced immediately.
