we bought a 5 yr Duracell gold battery 2 yrs ago in April, last week the car was having issues staring, We took it to our mechanic and was told the battery is bad. Monday 12/11/17 about 4:pm we went to Auto zone on Broadway in Garland where we bought the battery, they tested at and it's only 50% good, we were advised to charge it, I was puzzled..why would we have bought a 5 yr battery if after 2 yrs it has to be charged?
