I purchased a new battery for my son's car on Wednesday. They installed it and replaced one of battery terminal clamps and repaired the other at no additional cost. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen in my 63 years.
It has taken 25 min to purchase a brake light. Just standing around waiting for the ONE clerk to help people while 4 others watch. This place is terrible!!!!!!!!!

My experience at this Autozone was 5 star from start to finish. Both over the phone and in-store. Harry was the associate that helped me with my tasks of new car battery and rear lights and even suggested a fuel add on that will help keep my vehicle running better. Harry took his time to help, I did not feel rushed, and I learned about the products I was purchasing and why those products were good for my vehicle. The guys and girls at this Auto Zone are awesome they are all so personable and helpful and where helping people with a smile on their faces all day.
Yesterday, I needed a new battery. I went in around 10 am and was helped by Nero. He was very helpful and very personable. I changed the battery myself at home in the afternoon and took my old battery back. I wasn't sure if I got everything in place so Nero came out to the car, readjusted a couple of things and was once again very personable. I couldn't have asked for better service!
Big shout out to Eric for helping me fix my rear view mirror this evening. Excellent customer service!
