What's important is this! If you place an order using the app or online , be sure to call the store first and verify they actually have it before going. Twice, I have placed an order in the app and been sent to a store for pickup. I did received the email stating the order was ready for pick up. However, upon a rival , it is not even in stock. I had a great experience at the auto zone store thanks to Carlos. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed for my vehicle. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Carlos truly went above and beyond during a stressful situation. I was dealing with an unexpected car issue and honestly felt overwhelmed, but they stayed calm, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time.
