Recommendedrockwall location,These guys were so helpful today! My car would not start after getting gas this morning. I got it jumped and headed to autozone per my husband's instructions to have them check alternator before going to Ford for a new battery. They checked it and said looks good but you have an autozone battery that might be under warranty still. Sure enough it was replaced by them under warranty at no cost! My hero's, thank you Jerry and Jim.

Thank you Autozone Rockwall! I was given the incorrect battery (124DL instead of 124R) in exchange for my old (core), drove back to Autozone and they made it right with no hesitation! Jodie was very helpful and they didn't even charge me the extra $20 for the Duralast Gold! I love Rockwall and all of the people in it!! Very thankful for Charles who quickly pulled up battery options for me when my car unexpectedly would not start. Charles replaced the battery in no time, and was exceptionally informative with all my questions. A very pleasant experience interacting with Charles, he will surely have my business again!
A big shout out to the sweet young lady who helped me get a bulb for my headlamp, and when I asked her where I should go to service it, she said she could do it for me and she did! Wish I had gotten her name, but sadly I did not. Thank you!
