shoutout to Reese and the whole autozone staff. i was greeted upon arrival and Reese was able to pull up exactly what i needed for my car, went and got it for me, checked me out, and then put my coolant in my car for me. as someone who has no idea about cars, this process was made super easy. 20/10 service!!
I just came here to give a review for Robert. He was so kind and thoughtful when I came in to purchase a battery. He offered to actually replace it, and I was not aware that AutoZone did any type of automotive repair. In the end, I didn’t make the purchase cause I ended up using my roadside assistance through my insurance, but I wouldn’t have even thought about using my roadside for this had I not spoken with Robert! I will definitely return for future car maintenance needs!
Keep Will Allen. He really knocked it out of the park this time. Talk about Texas-sized Customer Service! My buddy & I had a hard problem to solve due to my lack of knowledge. Will was earnest, patient and persistent to find answers that raised my limited engine intellect.
