Audrey was awesome and helped get me back up and running super fast.
Juan was the only employee in the store. He was on the phone and I had to wait to try to give you my business. While I was attempting to purchase my parts he took another call without asking me if that was ok or even telling me he was going to. You should train him on what top notch customer service is or remove Customer Service Manager from his uniform badge. As a business owner I know what quality customer service is and I didn't receive anything close to that. Needless to say, I won't attempt to give you my business again... read more
Juan was great busy Monday but still took him time to serve me great prices excellent service!
Sahid is a amazing coworker my car gave out and had to come in to buy a new battery. I don't know how to install it and he said he would help me !! It's 5 min before closing and I truly appreciate him for helping me last minute really made my day!!
