Bill changed my brake light, super friendly and went ahead and told me what the underlying problem was so it wouldn’t keep happening so often.
Horrible customer service. The attendant never bothered to ask if there was anything I needed help with. When I did ask for assistance with a question I had regarding the light bulbs, she couldn’t even leave the counter to where I was at. Instead she just stood there twirling a stick. So I went next door to O’Reilly, where I normally go because of the customer service they provide. Extremely lazy and unprofessional. This is a bad representation for the company. Do better.
