Knowledgeable staff most of the time have what i need or will direct me where to find it.
Brought a set of wiper blades to the checkout counter. Lady rings them up and walks away, comes back with windshield wipes, rings them up, tells me the total. I question why she is ringing up items I didn’t ask for. “Oh well they are to clean the windshield”. Ok, fantastic, but I didn’t ask for them and nobody asked me if I wanted them, or even a “hey I suggest these”. Moral is, check your receipts and ask questions when they start knee-jerk adding stuff you never asked for in the first place.
Man where to start! Let’s clear the air, I own a VW Jetta..the car NO ONE ever wants to work on. After already getting bad news from the VW dealership about what nots my car needs ($$$$$), a new battery was one of them, OVER PRICED I may say VW, shame on you !! I went into this Auto Zone. VICTORIAAAAA !! I would like to express my concern regarding the way Alyna has treated me and my brother on multiple occasions when we have visited the store for auto parts. I understand that personal issues may exist outside of the workplace, but those issues should not affect the way customers are treated. Regardless of any personal feelings she may have toward me, I believe that she should remain professional and provide the same level of customer service as she would to anyone else.
