Horrible staff. The only person that cares is the guy getting paid what I assume is minimum wage. The manager was just sitting there scrolling Facebook while I'm trying to ask her a question. Then in her own time she answers with sass like I'm not good enough to be asking her a question ABOUT THE STORE SHES SUPPOSED TO BE MANAGING?

The 12V battery in the rear of my 2020 plug-in hybrid was overheating. JP & Marina helped find the battery I needed (after getting confirmation test that the battery was indeed the issue) installed it right away! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable in the store and JP was very courteous while he installed it for me! Thanks for a great experience (& saving me a trip to the dealership)!!!
