We bought a part that was under warranty. Our car was in a shop and we called to see if it could be replaced and they could bring it to the shop because the shop had a car. Nathan or Nathaniel(sorry) called the Hubbard shop and had it delivered. Thank you so much for going above what you needed to do.
Was having problems with my trailer today and before I even got out of my truck, the employees were at my truck already helping me with the problems. I didn’t even have time to tell them what I needed, they were on it and great. I highly recommend autozone in Hermitage and really appreciate the employees and manager there.
I had such a fantastic experience here when I needed help with my car. The person at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and actually took the time to walk outside and help me figure out exactly what I needed for a quick repair. It is so nice to go to a place where they genuinely care about helping you get back on the road safely. The store was clean and they had all the parts I was looking for right in stock. I will definitely be coming here for all my vehicle needs from now on.

Kyle went above and beyond to change my turning signal light bulb, he was very helpful and extremely polite!!!
