It's ok, glad new management is in this location.
Horrible service. Called to ask if a part was available. And they confirmed it was available over the call. I walked a mile and a half in rain to get there and then they say it’s not available. Absolute joke. When I asked for the person whom I spoke to on the call, the guy at the register said he’s in the bathroom. I waited 10 minutes to speak to him but he never showed up. The guy at the register said the guy I spoke to was apparently Anton.
Normally if I buy something like a light, they will put it in for me, but this time they said they could not do it. Although they were really helpful otherwise.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jean at AutoZone, and I have to say, my experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, Jean was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made sure I had exactly what I needed for my car. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.
