The employee refused to offer an assistances to putting coolant fluid. He was very inconvenienced that I asked for help.
Dani installed my battery today and gave me a $22 credit for my old battery. He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very busy during the afternoon rush and Dani was able to help me and everyone else that was in line. Great job Dani.

My daughter just purchased a battery and the young man said they do not change them out... I'm not sure if that is true or not, but then he didn't even carry the new battery to the vehicle! To me it seems to be very poor customer service!
