Good experience
Purchased a starter one year ago came into the Alpharetta store to make an exchange for a parts warranty dealt with Parts sales manager Trey R Told me I was in the wrong and that he couldn’t sell me a starter because I don’t have box or receipt Told me to go to another location that I would have better luck at another AutoZone store proceeded to call his store manager and Manager approved new starter replacement under warranty
The employee refused to offer an assistances to putting coolant fluid. He was very inconvenienced that I asked for help.
Dani installed my battery today and gave me a $22 credit for my old battery. He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very busy during the afternoon rush and Dani was able to help me and everyone else that was in line. Great job Dani.
