Dani is the REASON I shop and come here! He is Extremely knowledgeable, Genuinely kind And Always so generous to help me and my car. My daughter just purchased a battery and the young man said they do not change them out... I'm not sure if that is true or not, but then he didn't even carry the new battery to the vehicle! To me it seems to be very poor customer service!
I regret not getting their names, but I want to commend the team working around 7:30 AM on Saturday, July 12th. In particular, I'm grateful to the gentleman who assisted me that day. His professionalism and friendliness were outstanding, and I appreciate that he didn't take advantage of me. 10/10 service!
