When you just have to have new wiper blades ... I try to avoid having to shop in automotive stores because I feel so out of place. But I've had good experiences in AutoZone. Usually I can quickly find what I need on my own, but when I do need help the staff are always willing to help me find what I need. They've even installed a new battery for me and helped me install wiper blades. RecommendedJust wanted to give some props to Kenny who works at the Carrollton store. Last Sunday I was headed home to Florida when the bearings disintegrated on my camper. Kenny went out of his way to ensure I had the tools and products to get it fixed and back on the road. Please promote this guy soon, we need more like him! Conrad
The blonde store manager Amanda Barnette refused to give me my refund on bad clutch fan. She wouldnt even pull up my information. She said she didnt care what receipt or corporate had to say. This autozone #0082 was her store and she ran it her way. She then threw my receipt at me and walked off , stating corporate wouldnt do anything to her. We shall see. BTW I got my refund at Bankhead store. You should be fired.
The blonde store manager and shift manager are rude and basically accused me of lying saying I had a battery and installed it when it was never installed before. I will never shop here again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Oriellys on Bankhead is where I will continue shopping. Dorrell is who to see, she is awesome.
