Truck broke down with a bad battery and barely made it to this auto zone, hoping they had one in stock being the closest one to me at that moment. I was greeted by the two most friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered probably anywhere before, definitely while asking for help in pouring down rain. Josh and Kenthius spent well over an hour helping me test my battery that kept reading inconsistent and ended up just hooking me up with a whole new one, but that was after trying to solve the issue first without going straight ... read more
Generally good customer service. But limited diagnostic expertise.
Never had better service. Ken helped me out today Honest and helpful, he was able to get me an alternative bulb that fit and thats all I could as for.
