Treated me like I was a man and just sent me somewhere else's
I can't even State how long I've been going to AutoZone, let's just say it's a really long time. This will be the first time ever that the person behind the counter couldn't look up my vehicle. Upon approach this kid couldn't care less if you waited on me or not, that was obvious. He said he could not find my 2018 ram ProMaster 3500 in his computer at all. This is my favorite autozone location. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Sonja the parts manager was very patient and kind and helped me with the warranty exchange on my car battery. Every time I need anything for my car I can find it here and if I need assistance the staff is readily available to help.
Not great assistance at Commercial accounts. Somehow the motors & brakes I was picking up that were supposed to be ready were missed placed? Only had one of the parts I had ordered. After them trying to figure out what happened, I was told to wait 30 minutes for the parts that were still missing and I’ll receive a call. Came back even 45 minutes later to see what was happening what my order. Never received, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes at most.
