Customer service is terrible. Not once did the short hair blonde girl say hello how are you nothing didn’t even look at me. While all the guys are standing there cussing and talking about a customer that just left. Saying this Mexican guy came and stole something but having no proof. Blonde girl says something about dropkicking the guy if he comes back. I even tell the girl their service sucks. She’s tells me well considering I’m getting over the stomach flu yea. I hardly ever go to an Autozone bc of the fact we have been given bad service before, but yesterday was by far the most racist and unpleasant experience ive had at a AUTOZONE. NEVER AGAIN will we be going there! I have 0 tolerance for racism...and especially when it comes from a hispanic person and I myself is Hispanic. You dont disrespect any customer bc of their color! And you also dont mean mug customers. If you dont know how to have good customer service then dont work in it!
