5 stars for Lance! My daughter and I visited at 9am on a Sunday and he was so kind, helped me top off my oil. We will be back if ever needed, thanks Lance!
Not going to this location anymore. They don’t ask for my rewards acct info unless you buy more than $20. Goodbye.
Lance was a so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me put in a headlight and even checked my oil and helped me add more oil because it was low. Definitely see Lance if u need anything for your car! A1
This AutoZone has the most welcoming, friendly and helpful employees. They answer the phone, they listen to me without getting frustrated and greeted me when I came up to their store to pickup items I had called about (to make sure they were in-stock). This is my second time here in a few months and the only AZ i will return to in the Livonia area! The one on Middlebelt sucks!
I visited this location on 4/3/26 around 6:30pm and I had the best service from Ayah! I came in for a lug nut for my Ram and she went above and beyond. She even put the lug nut on for me AND tighten it with a tire iron! I have been having a really rough time lately and I appreciate her help immensely. Her coworker was great as well. Thanks again Ayah!
