I came in to get new front wipers for my 2020 Corolla. I knew what length I needed and grabbed them, then the cashier offered to look up if they match my car, so I happily shared my car details. He confirmed the wipers were a match but when I got home, I found out that yes the length was right, but this brand had the wrong kind of attachment (my car could only use ones with the hook attachment).
