I have been to several auto shops and this is most friendly and helpful!
Employee Chuck at this location was incredibly rude and had a very poor attitude from the moment I approached the counter. I waited for him to come up front from the section where he was working and asked how he was doing. Rather than responding, he threw his hands up and said, “What do you need?” I explained that I needed a battery charged, and he simply stared at me. 5 stars for Lance! My daughter and I visited at 9am on a Sunday and he was so kind, helped me top off my oil. We will be back if ever needed, thanks Lance!
Not going to this location anymore. They don’t ask for my rewards acct info unless you buy more than $20. Goodbye.
Lance was a so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me put in a headlight and even checked my oil and helped me add more oil because it was low. Definitely see Lance if u need anything for your car! A1
