Extremely disappointing experience and some of the worst customer service we’ve received. We ordered a part and were told we would be contacted when it arrived. We never received a call or voicemail. About a month and a half later, we stopped by to pick it up, only to find out that they couldn’t even locate the part. Great place to get your parts, people were friendly and quick.
Needed wiper blades and their customer service person looked them up for, helped me pick the correct item from the floor, and even installed them. Excellent service.
