This auto zone location did not help me very well with the returning process because they didn’t explain to me about buying a item first and how the return process works and the receipt doesn’t show how the refund works or how many days I can return it.

This was my second time purchasing headlights at the AutoZone in Bellevue. The first time, I came after 7 PM when it was still light outside, and the staff helped me replace the bulbs without any issue. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I arrived around 6 PM and even took a photo to show that it was still daylight — I made sure to come at a time when the headlight replacement service should be available.
