Bad customer service acting like they're doing me a favor by helping me. Not polite and friendly. I'd recommend any other auto zone store
They verbally attacked me. I am a corporate customer and I was treated very poorly. They kicked me out of the store and left a video of the woman who is racist and xenophobic.
This gentleman was very agressive and disrespectful, and managment doesnt inforcw the name tag rule. The store is dirty and understaffed. I wanted to buy brakenpads and rotors... so went to O'Reillys. The service at O'Reilly is very good.
