I went in to purchase a battery, and was so happy to find Tony working. He was so helpful, he even installed it for me. When I was done I went back in to inquire about getting some other parts I need for my truck, and Tony looked them all up and printed each one out so I knew exactly what I needed to purchase next. That will save me time along with whoever is working when I go to purchase the parts. I was very pleased to meet such great help as him. I hope they pay him well because he deserves it!!💲💲💲
Shout-out to Isaiah P. at AutoZone! My battery died AGAIN—even though it was supposedly in great shape! Isaiah was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful, especially after he had just dealt with an unruly customer. That kind of professionalism and grace deserves to be recognized. And then I discovered he’s a Peoria High School graduate! Isaiah, thank you for choosing kindness and showing what great customer service looks like. Your community is proud of you!
