came in everyone was very welcoming kylur and kathy were both very helpful definitely coming back again.
I started having issues with my battery and realized one of the terminals was loose so I tightened it the best I could with my fingers as my only tools and drove straight to the nearest auto zone to make sure the battery wasn’t bad. Jerry was so helpful! He checked it, made sure it was good and reassured me that the bolt had just came loose. And I didn’t have to pay anything! I’m seriously so grateful for that. I was pretty stressed out when I got there and I left feeling a lot better. Thank you so much!
I went to AutoZone on East Washington Street today because my car was having a hard time starting. Jerry, the store manager, was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He greeted me with a friendly smile, asked how he could help, and immediately made me feel welcome. After I explained what was happening with my car, Jerry tested my battery and confirmed that it had gone bad. Thankfully, they had the correct battery in stock, and he installed it for me right away.
