I went in because all I needed was a lightbulb. I stood in line and then watched as three customers were helped who came in after me. when I said something to the young fella about it he said that it was the older gentlemen's fault. the young guy knew that I had pulled in and was in line a good 5 mins before the the lady helped even drove into the parking lot. yeah I saw the look you gave me when you started to help her first....you knew I was there first. I guess this place doesn't help customers first come first serve.
On 6/24 at 6:45 pm I went to the counter as my 2012 Mkx battery was dead. Your rep followed me to the car and reported he could not install a new battery, he left claiming to return but never did. I called AAA who came with a new battery and installed it in your lot.
Excellent customer service! I went in a week ago for an oil filter and oil. The oil filter I was looking for with a bundle deal with the oil was out of stock. So they helped me find one that would also work and then proceeded to give me the sale price for the oil and filter combo that wasn’t even on sale. He saved me $25. I respected that he was willing to go out of his way to do that when he didn’t need to!
Brownsburg Auto Zone...your kindness this evening will not be forgotten. Thank you so much for setting such an amazing example of how to treat others.
