I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. I saw no other customers in the store, and three employees were chatting amongst themselves near the checkout area. I stepped up, ready to check out, but was curtly directed to a self checkout screen near the exit. The employees immediately resumed their chatting & giggling. The store also wasn't overly clean. I found everything I needed easily, but the behavior of the employees was off-putting. I don't often go into this store but will definitely use a different retailer in the future.

Kayla at auto zone in murfreesburo is the best she was very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful so helpful in fact she actually put the parts in for me right there she went far and beyond her job I believe auto zone is very lucky to have her and I hope corporate will give her recognition and a raise for this exactly who and what you want as an employee you are very fortunate to have her

Hands down the best service, my battery was going out and the nicest people helped me. My car was a little difficult to get the battery secured but no worries they helped me without complaints. I appreciate you guys very much!
