Came in the store last night about 7:30 looking to buy a battery for my car. Not sure his name, but the guy at the counter was the most unprofessional employee I have ever ran across. The first thing out of his mouth was “just to let you know, we are not installing any batteries this evening”. Ok that’s fine. But I don’t ask to have a battery installed. I came in because my car battery needed jumped and tested. Cory helped me every step of the way and made sure I understood the whole process. I needed a new battery for my key fob as well, and he generously replaced it for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service or better help with my car troubles. Shout out Cory for the amazing service!!
Customer service is very late
Thank you for the free diagnostics! You confirmed the odd electrical issues in my Buick Encore '23 when rainy. Had I needed parts, I would have purchased on the spot. The technician was a trustworthy young man who kindly tolerated my dogs. Speaks volumes as I'm a 62yr old female.
