they know their stuff I like goinghere if I need something they know what I need,If they dont have them , it dont take them long to get me what I need .I like the manger they are nice and kind and go uot of their way to help.

Waited in line at the register behind 2 other customers and when it was my turn the employee walked away with out saying anything and went outside with another customer. You need to look at getting better and more help at this store. I buy 75% of my brick and mortar store purchases at this store, I may have to start going to the store across the street and see if they want my business !!!
The guy Terry working in there should be fired for his terrible customer service he walked past me three times waited on somebody that got there after me and then when I started the register by myself he had the nerve to walk away. Nonetheless I took my business across the street and they had me wait it on and out the door in less than a minute I hope you guys close down
Still trying to get a Dad's Day gift card replaced as the one I purchased from Lowe's was a recall. Have left messages with the corporate office but apparently I'm not important enough to call back or get a dam replacement. Shouldn't have to get authorization from a corporate office for a dam gift card recall. Will never purchase another dam gift card. I'll just give my gifts in cash. So fed up with the BS.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG PARTS HALF THE TIME . YOU HAVE TO TAKE THEM BACK WASTING TIME AND MONEY. THEN WHEN THEY PROMISE YOU A DISCOUNT OF 50 % FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR PROMISE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PARTS STORES IN THE AREA THAT HAVE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
Not a very good customer relation felt like a car dealership once they have your money they dont care if you get the part
