Price gouging for sure. $70 at Auto Zone for the same exact OEM part that I paid $50 for at Advanced Auto Parts.
This review is about customer service at the Apple Valley store. I purchased a battery charger because the green 100% indicator light did not work. When powered on, all indicator lights briefly turn on except the green one. I was told in the store that this behavior is normal, even after I explained the issue. The charger was tested in-store with another battery, and the same behavior was observed. Despite this, the explanation did not change. Nice store with very helpful staff. Thank you to Eric for helping me find the correct wiper blade (mine’s a little quirky) and coming out to my car to double check that it fit correctly. Always appreciate being treated like a person, not just a female who doesn’t know her stuff.
High quality, prompt service late in the day. Three knowledgeable gentlemen greeted us immediately, helped us diagnose the issue and identify the part we needed. Couldn’t ask for more. 6/5.
