very poor customer service. I went to return the light bulb that was sold wrong- but the so called manager denied to return. very very poor Auto zone has to find the right people that serve customers.
Don’t waste your time or money coming to this location. Save the stress & just go to Oriellys. This autozone will tell you, you have an existing warranty just so you can buy from them & they will not return your money when you come back with the old part. Cashier who seems to be no older than 18 was disrespectful & zoning out until I demanded my money back. Went in to pick up a starter for a mobile mechanic. Guy who helped me looked up the vehicle and never asked if the starter was for a manual or automatic vehicle. I assumed they were the same. They were not and he gave me the wrong one. This type of overlook should never happen at a place where you specialize in auto parts.
Everyone has bad days. That's understandable. But it is never appropriate for a sales associate to tell a customer that "maybe they should not have purchased the wrong item" during a return. The sales associate should have processed the return properly so the manager did not have to get involved! Next time do YOUR job right or accept the consequences. Don't be a jerk to your customers. It is REALLY not appreciated. HAVE A GREAT DAY!
I have always been treated pretty poorly at this location. I understand as a female in an auto store wearing scrubs it is often thought I don't know what I need. However, as a mechanics daughter I generally have a pretty good idea. This location consistently ignores me when I enter even when I walk directly up to the counter.
