This was by far my best experience I have ever had at an Autozone. The staff were very friendly and attended to me from the moment I walked in. One person in paticular stood out to me. Farhan was stellar. He gave me actionable advice that led to me fixing a simple issue that would have costed me quite some if I had taken it to a shop. I purchased brake pads and was told at the time of purchase that they could be exchanged with no issues. When I returned, I was suddenly told the policy had “changed.” I received completely different answers from different employees. One employee initially said he would exchange the pads, while another denied it, said the warranty didn’t apply, and walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. I stopped in at the Shakopee AutoZone looking for a mass airflow sensor. Ben greeted me and helped me. Ben even went out of his way to make sure that I had the right part and it was installed correctly. I have been to several different locations in the past couple years and I have to say that my experience with Ben tops them all! He was knowledgeable and honest with me. I have not had this experience at other locations. He would be a great leader for the company!
Horrible Customer Service! If you hate your job that bad, I wouldn't recommend being in a field requiring you to actually communicate effectively with your customers.. this is why I shop with O'Reilly.
