2-3-2026 at 5:48pm I called the store to ask about a part and a girl answered "NAPA". She said the part was in stock. I said ok I'll be there soon and hung up, then I drove to Napa and was told nope, wrong store. So we googled the number and it said Autozone. I drove to Autozone and bought the part. We stopped by to have the battery in my Grand Caravan tested because it wouldn't start in that morning. I unfortunately did not get the the employee's name there (we were there Friday Jan 30th 2026 at 5 pm), but he tested the battery and confirmed it was going bad. We went to Valvoline next door to get it replaced. After waiting in line for an hour, they told us, sorry, we don't have the battery you need. So we came back to Auto Zone to buy a battery.
