I have my choice of places to do business, I chose to buy a battery from AutoZone- and Christopher went above and beyond to replace the factory battery in my Ford truck. They had cross threaded the tie down and he took the much needed extra time to install it correctly.
Showed up to the store at 8:50pm because my little stop start battery is bad and online it says they are open tell 9 and i called before hand to see if they had it in stock. 3 other people pulled in behind me trying to go in as well. My point is that if you say that you are going to be open tell 9 then you should be open tell 9.
Helped me out with a 34mm 6-point deep socket when I really needed it. Went out of their way to help me out! Thank you!!!
Sheila was SO kind to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe vehicle to drive away in, without even being asked. Mitch helped the whole time… just a really great team with the best kind of humans. I feel very cared for and would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
