Another day of great service that I received I believe it was Cindy that helped me out thank yall so much for all the help!
I'm very appreciative when staff treat me like my business matters. However, I was told "First come first served, we have other customers too." While back in the real world, that only applies when you tell your coworkers who aren't on the Frontline that you're going out into the parking lot to help with the other customers. Another great idea would've been to tell me that "someone would be with me shortly." Excuse me, but, I know the difference in good customer service and whatever the other kind of service may be.
