I ordered a replacement part over the phone with what seemed like a knowledgable salesperson. I was asked for my credit card number and told to bring the card in to verify it was my purchase when I picked it up. When I got to the store, the salesperson gave me the item, told me to sign the electronic signature pad to show that I'd picked the item up. Then he walked away.
