I am a cancer survivor and Ms Tyra was so very helpful when I went to have a battery charged. She came outside and retrieve the battery out of my vehicle, brought it back inside and checked it to make sure it was good, and she printed up all the prices of the batteries that would be compatible with my vehicle. She was very pleasant and did not rush me or give me the feeling that I was bothering her, which I have received in the past. Thank you very much. Ms Tyra
This is my 2nd review on this store but certainly not my first time being a customer. I’ve been a customer here for years and these are some of the worse employees I have come across. Michelle is one of the worst examples of an autozone employee that you can have. She screams at her coworkers and always acts as if she is busy. When all she does is sit on her cell phone and text.
