I used to love autozone until last night been going for over 30 years of my life. I sent my son here when I couldn't be there to help. The staff at this location public humiliated my son about helping change the battery in his truck. 2 staff members plus the manager laughed and publicly made fun of my kid because he didn't know to do it. Autozone provides this service for free. They charged my son $30 to change his battery and made fun of him. im totally pissed. We will never step in another autozone.
