Most of the men here are nice and do their job well but I had a bad experience with a bigger bald black man here that left a sour taste in my mouth. I had a horrible day and needed help with a code on my check engine, he treated me like I was stupid, joking with everyone else but being serious and rude with me. The cars codes wouldn't come up and I asked him a question about the transmission, his response was a dry "I'm not a mechanic, go to a mechanic" and went back inside. Extremely rude, adding to my horrible day.
