I purchased a thermostat. Got my engine torn apart to learn that the housing didn’t come with the rubber seal. I called and they said they had 4. I had to take my bike to my shop to get my other truck to drive to exchange it. They didn’t have any. They found a rubber seal that will fit but literally made me pay for it. They made me pay for the part that they forgot to include!!!! I had no choice but to pay since my truck was already disabled. Two young kids working that absolutely don’t care.
