I came here to have my battery checked and did not receive great customer service. I was given the runaround about an issue I already understood, which was unprofessional and frustrating.

Tried to return a battery with the receipt my daughter had purchased yesterday. This issue resulted in the staff having their hands tied in how they can take care of their customers. Apparently they only have 2 ways they can process returns, either back to the physical card used on the purchase, or store credit. This is unacceptable and must be corrected. Corporate should know I will not be coming back to purchase anything ever again returns must be made customer friendly. Customer accommodations are apparently not your fort... read more

Went in to buy some work gloves...they had only 1 pair so I wanted it but it has stains on...I asked if you can knock something off...she the Manager said ummm thats just dirt....I told her thats ok because of it was for her she will knock something off. I dont buy items thats stain or used or damaged for exact same price. This world need some improvement. Once I said Thank you and I left to my vehicle..she rushed outside to gossip. Absolutely zero help whatsoever. I walked in and asked for help looking for a part for my vehicle that another autozone had sold me the wrong piece for. Five employees were there and not a single one could be bothered to even check what the correct part might be. I was given an aisle number and no further attempt to assist me was made. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.
