Worst customer service of any autozone i have ever been too. Too busy socializing with coworkers then helping customers. And too lazy to go look in the back for something that their computer says they have in stock and instead tells the customer to come back tomorrow to see if it's on the Shelf.

Website said store opens at 7:30- we arrived at 7:15. We are still sitting in front of the store waiting for it to open- current time is 8:45 am . Two employees are out here , informing people that their manager hasn’t shown up yet and he’s the only one with a key. Yikes - the employees are being as professional as they can and informing people and have been here since they were supposed to open -good job by them , but…where’s the manager ?! And how long do we wait ?? Very frustrating situation.

Does HR ever come check on this store? Dirty floors, just dirty all around. Always behind on checking in ordered parts. Workers being selective on who they would treat with kindness. Each worker sighs harder when asked to get a part, also when asked for assistance. Either a worker or two hide or go outside, the other seems to act like they don’t hear you. Nice staff help was not the problem but supply was didn't get the part I needed ouch!
