I will never go back to Auto Zone again. They were no help at all. Basically pointed me in the direction and expected me to figure it out myself. Went to Advanced Auto and got exactly what I needed thanks to their wonderful employees.
I'll give the two stars for at least having what I was looking for to clean my jeep. I found the products I needed ($30's or so), stood in line for 4-5 minutes while they were helping other customers. No problem, but when it takes three people to figure out where a mass air flow sensor is and to talk about why a car won't idle right while not taking a second to acknowledge a customer there's a problem. Then for a cashier to walk right past you to grab something off the shelf and not say "I'll be right with you". Well that's ... read more
Wow so impressed ! We had to drive to Lincoln from Omaha, my daughters car wouldn't start after meeting a friend near this location. We drove to Lincoln while my daughter went to a hockey game and couldn't get the car started, I drove to the store I could see in the distance.. and a really nice gentleman named Brian came to our rescue.. the car somehow that because of the anti-theft in the car we were trying to steal it, because after it started it shut off and then he suggested draining the battery which would clear all the... read more
