Upon entering the store the vibe is totally off as though you're not welcome no meet nor greet. This employer name Andre, was very rude and hard to communicate with. Every question you ask it's like you have to maneuver through an different attitude. It's like Alot of these employees don't know how to separate their street mentality from their business professional behavior. Don't go to this location if you you're looking for go results and professional ism.
I know just enough about vehicles to get myself into trouble. I called today spoke to Kenny W, Sales Customer Satisfaction. I gave him the year, make and model of my car. I told him what I thought I needed (wasn't sure of the proper name) & what it does. - That's all he had to work with! He researched his system and took an educated guess as to what I was talking about. When I went in to get it, Kenny was doing about four things at one time. He was really moving! Then he got to me! Bad customer service. Locked their doors 15 minutes before closing time. Will continue to use O’Reillys instead of them.
