I was contacted by Bill and he asked all the proper questions about my vehicle, they then did their due diligence on their end to confirm and we quickly and easily agreed to a price. By the next day the tow was arranged and Pedro paid me in full. I totally appreciate how courteous each level of communication was. I felt safe and comfortable and everything happened from the comfort of my home. They arranged the towing of my vehicle and now I have a free parking space again!
