I really wanted to like this place.. I was new to the area and needed a good VW shop to trust in. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with Autoworks. At first the service was friendly.. but after having to bring the car back multiple times to get it fixed.. and after shelling out big amounts of money, only to have sub-par performance from the car, I was let down.. and each time I returned, the service was less friendly and even became confrontational. A poor service, expensively priced and mismanaged shop.
